The Burning Flame

“Consuming fire of healing and wholeness.”

Burning Flame Fellowship

A non-profit organization 501 (3) (c) is a Christian organization which teach marriage seminars, workshops, small-group topical studies. Each session is uniquely designed to address specific needs or focus on more general issues such as enrichment. Through practical biblical teaching the Burning Flame discusses “real life issues from a biblical perspective” and inspires everyone to be healed, mature and transformed by the Holy Spirit and to develop a deeper intimate relationship with God.

All sessions are led by skilled facilitators that work closely with the Founder, Karen Lassiter. Through group training, individual testimonies, teaching and mentoring experience, each facilitator will use their God-given gifts and talents to direct the focus on Christ. In every group and in every situation of life, we want to encourage and enrich godly, lifelong marriages while holding to the truth of Gods Word and protecting the covenant relationship that God has established in marriage. The single sessions encourage wholeness in Christ Jesus and an intimate relationship with the Lover of our Souls.

Burning Flame has witnessed the transformation of lives and marriages being restored and bodies being healed through the word of God and the power of the Holy Ghost.

“The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must never go out.”Lev.6:13

In January 2003, the first Burning Flame Fellowship was held in a cozy candlelight setting, at the home of Phyllis McLeod, around the fireplace with eight ladies. As God placed other ladies on our hearts, the core group expanded.
